Our recommendation: charge your client your full monthly rate as a one-time setup, then monthly fulfillment. Fees
- Partner activation: $500 (Powered By) / $1,000 (White Label) — credited against your first two months
- Account onboarding: $250/account — waived at 6+ active accounts
- Rush (SLA compressed 50%): +40%

Straight answers
How do setup fees work?
Every subscription carries a one-time setup fee of 50% of its first month's rate — except Website Management, which has none. We recommend charging your client your full monthly rate as their one-time setup: it covers our fee, funds your onboarding time, and reads as a standard structure to the client.
Can I set my own retail price?
Yes. Suggested retail is coaching, not a contract. Partners who hold price do best.
What do I owe if my client doesn't pay?
You're the payer; your client is yours. That's the deal that makes the client yours.
Does ad spend flow through you?
Never. Your client or you pay the platforms directly. We take no cut of spend beyond the management fee.
How do the volume tiers work?
Count your active retainer accounts. 1–2 accounts pay $750 per retainer, 3–5 pay $650, 6–11 pay $550, 12+ pay $450 — applied to all of them, new and existing. Website Management stays $75 everywhere.
